Where can I buy tickets for Chris, Mrs.?

Are there taxes and fees included on ticket purchases?

Yes, on Ticketmaster the “big blue number” is the number inclusive of taxes, and fees except for the order service charge which is a per order charge of $4.75.

Are there discounts for groups?

Yes! We are currently offering a Family 4+ Pack of tickets for 15% off the face value ticket price. For Groups 8+ we are offering discounts of 20%. To book, please contact our group ticketing partner here.

What is the refund policy?

We unfortunately cannot offer any refunds either before or after seeing the show. If you end up needing to change the date of your show, we are happy to exchange it for an alternate date.

My plans have changed, can I change my ticket date?

Yes! Tickets can be exchanged for a different date in the same seating tier.

Are there discounted tickets available?

We will be offering discounts on single tickets through lotteries, rush tickets and sales promotions. The best way to stay informed of when we are offering this is to be subscribed to our mailing list. Groups of 4-7 can purchase a “Family Pack” for 15% off, and groups 8+ are eligible to receive 20% off.

How do I claim rush tickets?

What is the difference between a "preview" performance and a standard performance?

Previews are a set of public performances which happen before a shot officially opens. The purpose of previews is to allow the creative company and crew to identify opportunities for improvement that were not found during rehearsals and to make adjustments before critics are invited to attend.

The Show

Who is in the Chris, Mrs. Cast?

We will be announcing the cast this fall. Sign up for our mailing list to be the first to find out when we announce!

Is Chris, Mrs. appropriate for kids? 

Chris, Mrs. is appropriate for all ages! It is a family friendly show. Given its length (2 hours and 10 minutes) we recommend that kids 8+ come to the show. 

Will there be an official program available at the theater on my performance day?

Yes! We will be handing out physical programs on the date of your performance that we ask you return at the end of your performance to keep our production as eco-friendly as possible. We will also have a digital program available which will be accessible at a later date.

Is there food and beverage available?

Bars and concessions will be open at the Winter Garden Theatre. Food and beverage may be consumed in the lobby. Outside food and drinks are not permitted in the theatre.

What is your COVID-19 Policy for Staff and The Theatre?

The Elgin and Winter Garden theatre Centre is a mask-friendly venue. While face coverings are not currently required in accordance with the latest public health regulations, Boldly Productions supports a patron's option to wear a mask.

Someone in my group has COVID, what should I do?

We would ask out of the safety of our patrons that you please exchange your ticket for an alternate date. 

If there is bad weather, will a show be canceled?

We are committed to honoring all performances on our calendar. All performances are expected to run despite weather and possible traffic delays.

Where do I park?

We're excited to have you here for a memorable experience. Finding convenient parking is essential to ensure a smooth visit. Here's are a few  parking options to help you arrive at the theatre on time safely, and conveniently.

Parking Options

  • Green P Parking - Elgin St. Garage:
  • Location: 15 Elgin St, Toronto, ON M5B 1J3
  • Distance to Theatre: Approximately 1-minute walk
  • Safe and well-lit parking garage with multiple levels. It's the closest parking option to the theatre.

Yonge Richmond Centre Parking

  • Location: 20 Richmond St E, Toronto, ON M5C 2R9
  • Distance to Theatre: Approximately 5-minute walk
  • Indoor parking facility with ample space. Conveniently located near the theatre and other attractions.

Impark - Victoria Street Lot

  • Location: 37 Queen St E, Toronto, ON M5C 1R5
  • Distance to Theatre: Approximately 6-minute walk
  • Outdoor lot with available parking spaces. A bit farther but still a reasonable option.
How can I take GO Transit to the show?

Travel by GO train or bus to Union Station, then take TTC to Queen Station to get to the Elgin and Winter Garden Theatre Centre. If you are travelling on the weekend, make sure to take advantage of the GO Weekend Pass starting at $10, and if you are travelling on a weekday, gather your family or friends for the GO Weekday Group Pass.

Which theatre company is producing Chris, Mrs.?

Chris, Mrs. is being presented by Boldly Productions, a new Canadian commercial theatre production company founded by the writers of Chris, Mrs.; Matthew Stodolak and Katie Kerr.

How early must I arrive before the show?

We suggest that you arrive at least thirty (30) minutes prior to the show. Given the show takes place Downtown Toronto and the possibility for inclement weather we recommend that patrons give themselves plenty of time for travel.

What happens if I am late for my show?

All performances begin promptly as scheduled, and there are no refunds for latecomers. Latecomers will be admitted only at a suitable break in the performance, and seating location will be at the discretion of the management. If you are late, it may not be possible to seat you until the intermission; if the production has no intermission, you may not be admitted at all. Latecomers may watch the show on monitors located in the lounge.

How long is the show?

Chris, Mrs. will be 2 hours and 30 minutes including a 20 minute intermission.

Is there a coat check at the theatre?

Yes! There will be a coat check service available for all performances. Please ensure you arrive at the theatre with ample time to ensure you can check-in prior to your performance.

Groups

What qualifies as a “Group Order”

A group order is a purchase of a minimum of 8 tickets for a single performance.

How can I purchase a group order?

Groups can be purchased through our group ticket partner THE Group Tix Company via email at tickets@thegrouptixcompany.com.

Where can my bus park during the performance?

We have a number of groups joining us by motor coach and school bus. The CIty of Toronto has identified parking spaces approved for use by buses in the downtown core. You can view a map of the available spaces here.

Where is the bus pickup and drop off location?

Buses may legally “stop” to pick-up or drop-off passengers in any area where a “No Parking” or “No Standing” regulation is posted.
